Noor's Middle Eastern promise

Al Ittihad’s veteran campaigner Mohammed Noor is determined to see the two-time AFC Champions League winners reclaim continental club glory and end the dominance of East Asian teams that began the tournament after the Jeddah giants sealed their second title in 2005.
A year after Noor had scored in the 2nd leg of Al Ittihad’s 5-3 aggregate win over inaugural ACL champions Al Ain, the coveted trophy headed East for the first time with Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors’ 2006 win over Al Karamah and has since shuttled between South Korea and Japan, with title triumphs for Urawa Reds, Gamba Osaka, Pohang Steelers and most recently Seongnam Ilhwa Chunma.
But Saudi Arabia star Noor is adamant that the trophy has been absent from West Asia for too long and is determined that the prestigious silverware will be displayed proudly at the Prince Abdullah Al Faisal Stadium soon after November’s  final.
“No one can deny the enormous development in the level of football in general in East Asia,” Noor told www.the-afc.com shortly before Al Ittihad’s eagerly-anticipated Round of 16 clash with Saudi rivals Al Hilal on Tuesday.
“Despite the fact teams from the West were in most of the finals over the years they have not been successful,” continued the 33-year-old, recalling Al Ittihad’s loss in the 2009 final to Pohang.
“Al Ittihad was the last team from the West to win the trophy and God willing we will be ones who bring glory back to Saudi Arabia and the Gulf.”
Noor is no stranger to continental campaigns and in addition to featuring at the business end of the AFC Champions League on numerous occasions, the mercurial midfielder from Mecca can also boast a winners’ medal from Al Ittihad’s 1999 Asian Cup Winners’ Cup final triumph over Korea’s Chunnam Dragons.
As such, few are better-placed to comment on the evolution of Asian club football than the veteran of over 300 appearances for Al Ittihad.
“I am one of the few players who were playing in Asian competition before the AFC Champions League and I have been witness to the great developments in the tournament…from its rules and regulations to the intensity of the competition,” Noor remarked.
“And I have no doubt that in the coming period we will all see further improvements and an increase in the excitement in the competition thanks to the developmental steps of the AFC and the exemplary response in adopting these by all those involved, including those in Saudi football.”

The judgment day

Saturday, 21st May 2011
When thay said that today is the judgment day, I was very sure that alot of people believed that, do you know why? because they want to be called believers.
Those who believed in that live like a machines, work to live, and live to work, an endless equation, the end of this equation is " death ", they didn't have time to be in touch with GOD, so they believe in anything.
Allah the Almighty is the only one who knows when it will be .

Friday is a Holy Day ?

For muslims we should worship Allah(SWT) everyday. But on friday it's special, we have Salat al Juma, that is Friday prayer. because there is a special prayer to pray called jumm'ah.
It is Friday. This is the weekly Holiday for Muslims.

However, it should not be understood that it is a holiday for Muslims in the same sense as Saturday or Sunday holidays for Jews and Christians where it is claimed that in this holiday God took rest after the six day of universe creation. It is believed by Muslims, and according to the Koran holy book sayings, that God (Allah) do not need to rest after any act of creation. Every thing created by God is by the word 'be' then 'it is'. By this Word Adam was created and by this Word Jesus (peace upon him) was created in the womb of the Virgin Mary (Maryam).

On Friday, Muslims gather in the Mosque, or any gathering space, for the noon prayer "called Al-Jomaa prayer" and for listening to the sermon delivered by the Mosque leader, called Imam.

Muslims are allowed to work before and/or after the Friday prayer . They are allowed to do all activities as on any other normal working day.

Quran says:

Meaning English translation:
{O you who have believed, when [the adhan] is called for the prayer on the day of Jumu'ah [Friday], then proceed to the remembrance of Allah and leave trade. That is better for you, if you only knew. (9) And when the prayer has been concluded, disperse within the land and seek from the bounty of Allah, and remember Allah often that you may succeed. (10) But when they saw a transaction or a diversion, [O Muhammad], they rushed to it and left you standing. Say, "What is with Allah is better than diversion and than a transaction, and Allah is the best of providers." (11)}
[Quran, chapter 62, Surat Al-Jouma'a, verses 9-11]
